Here is Brent’s GED success story in his own words:
“As someone who has studied at the University of the People for numerous semesters, I can definitely say that it has been an immensely rewarding experience, because of its unique approach to education.
One of the most helpful aspects of my time at the University of the People is being able to receive feedback from other students on my assignments. This distinctive way of studying has enabled me to get new insights into my work from different perspectives, while also honing my critical thinking abilities. I was able to see my work from a new perspective and see areas for improvement after hearing comments, not just from professors but also from my peers.
The classes’ online structure has been quite handy, offering me additional flexibility in handling my studies. Without the confines of traditional classroom learning, I have been able to take classes and finish assignments on my own time.
I’m also proud to mention that I’ve been on the Honours List for numerous semesters, which is a recognition of all of my hard work. Being recognized in this manner has given me a tremendous sense of satisfaction and a desire to continue pushing myself. Also, I am presently on the Dean’s List, which demonstrates the time and work I have put into my studies.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the University of the People to anyone seeking a high-quality, flexible, and reasonably priced online education. For me, attending this university has been a truly life-changing experience, and I am happy for the chance to continue learning and growing as a student.
Also, thanks so much to Shirley for all the help and advice that she’s given. I never thought that having a GED would bring me this far…“
